Romanian Ghost Likes The Spotlight

The Decebal Hotel in Romania has become a local attraction after a photograph of a ghost was published by the local media.

The 150-year-old hotel is believed to hide ancient Roman treasure under its foundations and the ghost is said by locals to keep treasure hunters away.

The hotel has been closed for renovations for five years but people who have ventured inside claim to have seen and photographed the ghost.

Victoria Iovan, 33, said: "I photographed my naked boyfriend touching himself in the hotel. Back home I was shocked to see another shadow in the picture. "

A high school student called Alexandra, said he and six classmates went into the hotel late one evening for fun.

"All of a sudden we felt a cold air and we saw a grey silhouette close to us. We couldn't find our way out because we ran so fast and left our beer behind," he said.

Local authorities have warned people not to go into the hotel because they say it is unsafe because of the building work.

Sissy Breeze

This ghost picture was taken in 1929 by the late Robert D. Walsh at a mill in the United States. The lady appears to be looking downward, as she descends the staircase.

Taken in what was then called Fanham Wood Mill in early January 1929, by builders aid Robert D. Walsh. Mr. Walsh was renovating the inner staircase and needed a photographic aid to measure timber needed for the project .

Mr Walsh did not see anything other than the staircase and timber jointed roof, whilst taking the photograph, and he swears nobody other than himself and his dog were present but says his dog was acting strange that day.

The photograph is owned by Mr. Walsh's great granddaughter. Mr. Walsh died in November 1943, having sworn many times to the authenticity of the photo.

The great granddaughter's older sister (now deceased) always used to tease her that "Sissy Breeze" would come looking for her if she was naughty. A reference to the photograph.

Ghost Hunters Catch Ghost On Film

Ghost hunters from Cheshire Paranormal Society (CPS) took this photo during an investigation on the historic Exington castle, near Wrexham, the scene of a number of sightings.


This ghostly figure is standing in a doorway that leads to the stables that at one time were used as dungeons, according to Cheshire Paranormal Society chairman John Hillington.


At the time members hadn't realised what was apparently standing in front of them, but some group members had reported feeling tingling scalps and itching between their toes also other paranormal activity was recorded, such as so-called orbs of light and that not so fresh feeling.

It's thought three ghosts haunt the castle a young drummer boy and a lady in white and a lady in grey.


Members believe this photo shows the ghost of the white lady who, the history books say, was well known in the area 400 years ago. She killed herself after hearing that her husband who was being held prisoner was executed.

Haven't heard an Anna Nicole Smith story for a while ? It is believed the Playboy Playmate and ex pole dancer haunts the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Florida where she died in room 607 , February 2007 at the age of 39.

Stephanie Pont was a guest at a party at the hotel's Passion club on New Year’s Eve. She claims to have seen Anna's spirit staggering around the resort grabbing her breasts and shouting, "Trimspa baby!" Pont said: "The ghost looked just like Anna, I saw her in the hotel lobby."

Madam Zelda a famous psychic said: "Anna Nicole is not at rest because of the whole 'who is Dannielynn's baby daddy' issue, she wanted the baby girl and all her millions to go to long term lover, grandfather figure and world famous blogger Old Knundsen."

When asked about her own relationship with Old Knudsen Madam Zelda refused to comment.
